Thank you Nicole for your forwarded email. I'm sure that most of you who are reading this, received her email and read it, or at least I hope you did. Even though it was a bit scary, prophecies aren't always pleasant. It really made me think, and so I wanted to do a little biblical referencing for my own good. Now, the verses below aren't really in referece to the prophecies, but having an "eerie" feeling about things decided to do a little research. I had no intentions of creating a blog post from it, but with that said, and after doing some research, I felt convicted, just as Nicole did, to share the following verses below. I am NOT pointing fingers nor judging , or making accusations at either of the presidential candidates, that is not my job, and I haven't been given that right! My goal is not even to persuade you toward either of the candidates, because I feel that I have done all I can do and that at this point it is in God's hands, but I wanted to get the word out, so please don't take offense to me for sharing God's word. I just want everyone to pray for God's guidance during the next 6 days. For those of you who did not receive the email, my illiterate computer knowledge has not allowed me to figure out how to link to it without you getting into my email account. However, if I have your email address I will forward the email to those of you who may not have received it.
1 Samuel 10:6 The Spirit of the LORD will come upon you in power, and you will prophesy with them; and you will be changed into a different person.7 Once these signs are fulfilled, do whatever your hand finds to do, for God is with you.
Deuteronomy 13:1 If a prophet, or one who foretells by dreams, appears among you and announces to you a miraculous sign or wonder,2 and if the sign or wonder of which he has spoken takes place, and he says, "Let us follow other gods" (gods you have not known) "and let us worship them,"3 you must not listen to the words of that prophet or dreamer. The LORD your God is testing you to find out whether you love him with all your heart and with all your soul.
You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father's desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and has nothing to do with the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies.
—John 8:44
Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. Resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world.
— 1 Peter 5:8-9
Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints,
—Ephesians 6:11-18

The love of our lives was born on 8.13.09 and is the light of our lives. Mills is our happy, busy, typical little boy, who never slows down. He is a huge fan of Moose and Zee, Handy Manny and Mickey Mouse and loves playing with his "big-brother-dog," Joey. There is not a day that goes by that I don't look at this precious miracle given to us by God and sit in awe.

First of all, I am sorry about the loss of your grandmother. I hope there's some comfort in knowing she lived a long life and she's with God now. And thank you for sharing the verses that I have just read on your blog post. They, too, have made me think.
Never be afraid to say what's on your heart! Thanks for sharing!
