Christmas Day

We started our morning with breakfast at Dad's and then exchanged gifts. It is so hard to take pictures, video, and tend to a baby all at once, so next year I will get Erik to man-handle one of the three. ha! Mills received TONS of toys, most of which were great for learning his abc's, 123's, colors, and shapes. They should keep him busy for a while!

Next, we headed to Nana's house for lunch and presents. We had chicken and dressing, ham, green beans, and potatoes. Yummy! After lunch, we exchanged gifts, and Mills hit the jackpot, yet again. Nana got him a jumparoo, which should be great since our little one loves to bounce! He also got a puppy dog that we can warm or freeze if he gets to feeling a little puny, a savings bond :), and a few books that his mommy had picked out for him. I have been searching for
books that have won the Caldecott Medal, and so Nana got him, Goodnight Moon, Knuffle Bunny, and Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus. We will start reading them soon. Santa also came there too, and he got a few more books and some goodies.

Looking at his puppy

Poor little guy was already "tuckered out"

Loving his Jumparoo!

We then headed home for a nap, then we were on to our last stop of the day. The Beasleys always go to Mama & Daddy B's for supper, and present them with their gifts. Mills slept most of the time we were there, but then woke up ready to go!
