More Teeth

Wow! If I had a mop big enough to do the trick, I could clean up enough drool to fill a bucket. Literally, there are spots on my hardwood of dried drool, and his shirt collars are drenched. Our poor Mills' fingers are raw from gnawing. His face is chapped, lips are sore, and fever...we've got fever. I guess I should say that we HAD fever. It has now subsided, but he is cranky, irritable and just plain fussy, not to mention that our little man who will eat anything that doesn't eat him first, is eating at a minimal the past three days. I only thought that his past teething episodes were bad. Compared to this, they were nothing. Mills' molars are erupting. I am certain of one, because I was able to feel it with my finger. Today, he has been chewing on the opposite side, so I am pretty sure that we've got another trying to introduce itself into the world. We have 12 more to go. Can I just scream now? I feel terrible for him. This weekend's festivities on our town square were cut very short, as I went only to the shops of which I needed something, and I passed up the Mercy Me concert with my sis. I can't keep doping him up with Tylenol, and we are going through teething tablets like candy. They DO help, tremendously, as a matter of fact. I have even placed a wet wash cloth in the freezer for him to chew on, but he would rather have his fingers. His poor raw fingers.
