The love of our lives was born on 8.13.09 and is the light of our lives. Mills is our happy, busy, typical little boy, who never slows down. He is a huge fan of Moose and Zee, Handy Manny and Mickey Mouse and loves playing with his "big-brother-dog," Joey. There is not a day that goes by that I don't look at this precious miracle given to us by God and sit in awe.

Finally
Our little Mills has made his presence known. It is now 9:25. I have been home from church for about 20 minutes and have sat down to relax a little on the couch. I guess our "heavenly choir voices" got baby all excited. He is kicking with joy, and his Daddy got to feel him as well. How amazing?!! I think I was more excited about Erik being able to feel it than myself. I know that I'm not just "feeling things." I was beginning to wonder if our little guy was ever going to make himself known. I have been having those small contractions, but no kicks until now. Yipee!!!

I think we get excited when daddy can feel it becasue the babies are inside us, ofcourse we can feel them but daddy getting too is pretty awesome!
I am so excited..
Oh, isn't it the greatest feeling! I always had Paul to feel too. Pretty soon he will being kicking at his active times of the day, those are still Brentley's most active times of the day still.
The kicking is just wonderful! It's only bad when baby gets super active as you are trying to sleep. Lucy was horrible! Even still, there's no greater feeling in the world (except when they are here and can give you kisses)
