The love of our lives was born on 8.13.09 and is the light of our lives. Mills is our happy, busy, typical little boy, who never slows down. He is a huge fan of Moose and Zee, Handy Manny and Mickey Mouse and loves playing with his "big-brother-dog," Joey. There is not a day that goes by that I don't look at this precious miracle given to us by God and sit in awe.

Last night we had our first baby shower. The "Pickles and Ice Cream" themed couple's baby shower was held at some of our very best friends home, Ryan and Christi Cranford. Guests attending were those of our supper club, bunco group, and Sunday School, and a few more out of town friends as well. It was a lot of fun and overwhelming to say the least. We were presented with some wonderful gifts!!! Erik and I are very thankful for our wonderful friends. This is a special time, and this shower made it ever so more surreal:) We love you all and thank you tons!

yeah, bad me... just found the invitaiton in a pile of mail last night. I opened it and didn't put it on the fridge. missed it and drews 3rd birthday. not doing too good
