The love of our lives was born on 8.13.09 and is the light of our lives. Mills is our happy, busy, typical little boy, who never slows down. He is a huge fan of Moose and Zee, Handy Manny and Mickey Mouse and loves playing with his "big-brother-dog," Joey. There is not a day that goes by that I don't look at this precious miracle given to us by God and sit in awe.

We got to meet Laurie!
Laurie who?...you might ask. Laurie is the fabulous creator of those Whimsey Cookies that I absolutely love! Mom surprised me by ordering some fall cookies from her. So, off to Arlington we went, to meet her and pick them up. We were supposed to meet her at Arlington Florist at 11am this morning. We got down there early and decided go to Celeste, but ended up running into Laurie there. It was so nice to meet her!!! We had a nice talk and she got to see our Mills. I am so exhausted right now, and don't have the energy to get my camera out and take pictures, I only have energy to eat cookies :) So, to see the cookies she made for us, click here! HAHA!

thanks for letting me hold baby mills tonight. he is so stinkin' cute! enjoy these day and cherish every second. before you know it they'll be sitting at the dinner table telling you "it's just not fair" that they have to eat dinner. grace told me that tonight and i was wishing i could go back in time for about an hour and hold her when she was that small. these days are great too, but oh how i love holding tiny babies that can't talk back to you:)
