Answer to the Big Question :)
Everyone's been wanting to know when we will find out if our baby is a boy or girl. I go back to the Dr. next Thursday, March 5, but its just for a quick check up. Our next appointment will be April 2, or April 3, depending on Erik's schedule. I will be 20 weeks then and that is when the big revealment will take place. So, only 5 weeks to go. YAY!

Baby's 1st Book
Baby received his/her first book today from none other than my two favorite little "gorillas," Ethan & Preston. Thanks so much boys, I know baby will love the book. It is too cute. Oh, and Ethan, I'm sure you'll be able to read it within a month, or should I say I'm sure you can already read it, so I may have to borrow you for story time.
For Sale
Well, Daddy Beasley has decided that Baby Beasley needs a backseat, so....the truck is for sale! Our new truck has been spotted, but we must get rid of this one first. So, if you know of anyone looking for a truck in near "mint condition," this is the truck for them. Now, when I tell you that Erik takes care of his vehicles, I mean it! The inside looks just as good as the day when it was brought home from the lot...brand new! It is a 2005, 2-wheel drive, regular cab, Chevrolet Silverado that I'm sure any teenager would die for. So, if you will, please spread the word, so that Daddy can take baby with him, and won't have to borrow Mommy's car. :)

By Request
We finally ordered Joey a new dog bed the day after Christmas. Erik searched Cabela's and found a Beasley's couch that the dog "had to have." Whatever! So, being a sweet wife, I ordered the thing, and low and behold, its camouflage! Against my will, I granted Erik's wishes and had to pass up the cute plaid with paw prints. I hate the thing in our bedroom. It is huge! He told me to order the large one, because Joey is a large breed dog, but I think this bed was made for a horse. We had no idea it would be so big, even though we read the dimensions. I was totally shocked when I took it out of the shrink wrap. It's almost as wide as our queen size bed. Joey looks like a Chihuahua on the thing. Oh and notice his "security blanket." How crazy? He won't go to bed without it, and carries it around the house. So, Christi, here it is. I told you it was huge!

We Have a Heartbeat!
I just wanted to update everyone on the status of our new little niece or nephew that is on the way and due in October. Baby Sullivan along with Mommy Sullivan are doing fine. After a quick trip to the Dr. today and ultrasound, the baby has a good strong heartbeat, and everything is good! We are still ecstatic!

Baby's First Valentine
But Nana, I must tell you. Joey thought that the froggy was his and tried to take it from me, so of course I had to let him know otherwise.

Flashback
Today in honor of "V-day" (I call it that because Erik and I don't participate, 9 years at a florist will do it for ya!) Oxygen channel was playing the 1987 Comedy "Can't Buy Me Love" starring Amanda Petersen and Patrick Dempsey. I hadn't seen the movie in years. It acutally made me laugh to see it on the channel guide, because everytime I see Grey's Anatomy, I can't help but think of Ronald, Patrick Dempsey's character in Can't Buy Me Love. Every one is always talking about "Dr. McDreamy" and how, whats the word all of you use..."hot?" he is. Not that his looks haven't dramatically improved over the years, because I will agree with you all, they have. But...on the other hand all I can remember when I see him is this geeky guy at a highschool dance doing this goofy dance with his hands in the air and shaking them back and forth. Oh, It was called the "African Anteater Ritual." Sorry, it just doesn't do a thing for me. LOL! We have all had our ugly duckling stages, I know, but gee!

Good News!
Erik and I are ecstatic, and pleased to announce that we are going to be Uncle Erik and Aunt Amy!!! "Uncle" and "Aunt," I love the sound of that. I have been in an extremely good mood today because of it! Who are the lucky parents to be? Well, its none other than Drew & Whitney!!! YAY! Baby Sullivan is expected to arrive around Oct. 12, so the new first cousins should be only 2 months apart. This is going to be so much fun. I can't wait. They'll grow together, learn to love each other, take up for each other, and fight when they feel like it. Hopefully that will be minimal-ha!Whitney and Drew, we are so excited for you two! I am so excited that I'm going to be an aunt!

Sunday Afternoon Muddin'
This afternoon, some very good friends of ours went down to their "hunting land" and invited Erik and I to go ride. Since, I am not keen on riding 4 wheelers and bouncing my baby around, I decided to stay home. After the news that they were going to be shooting skeets at first, I changed my mind and thought that I might take Joey down in my own car, so that he could run around for a few minutes, and then we would leave after the rest went riding.
Well, if you've never been riding through 2 feet of mud in a Yamaha Rhino, its as smooth as silk. So, the preggo got to ride in the upscale vehicle with windshiled and top. While the rest rode on a 4 wheeler and a souped up muddin' golf cart. Yes, I said golf cart. Am I pampered or what? So, I didn't get to miss out on all of the fun at all. No bumpy riding and I got to play photographer too! I haven't done that in years!!

Definitely the prettiest thing down there...
He had a ball!
Melissa and Sherry giving it a go!

The love of our lives was born on 8.13.09 and is the light of our lives. Mills is our happy, busy, typical little boy, who never slows down. He is a huge fan of Moose and Zee, Handy Manny and Mickey Mouse and loves playing with his "big-brother-dog," Joey. There is not a day that goes by that I don't look at this precious miracle given to us by God and sit in awe.
