Sunday
Today I feel much better! I actually got to get out of the bed early this morning between 2 and 3 o'clock and let Erik sleep. I fed Mills, and changed his diaper too! The pain is much better. After 2 Lortab and 1 anaprox, I feel like a new person today. I can acutally shower on my own, and go to the potty on my own. Getting out of bed is easier and I can tend to my baby. He is so precious, you all should see him workin' his soothie. He gets to going so fast that he just about spits it out. We are waiting on my Dr. to see if we can leave today, hopefully so.

The love of our lives was born on 8.13.09 and is the light of our lives. Mills is our happy, busy, typical little boy, who never slows down. He is a huge fan of Moose and Zee, Handy Manny and Mickey Mouse and loves playing with his "big-brother-dog," Joey. There is not a day that goes by that I don't look at this precious miracle given to us by God and sit in awe.

Awww...I love reading about your new journey with you sweet baby boy!! I am so glad to hear you are feeling better. It does get better..each day you will feel better with the c-section, just remember to take it easy!! You have brough so many memories back..just savor every moment!!!
It will get better everyday. Just don't over do it when you get home and take all the help you can while you have it. Oh, and take those meds, too. I took mine for 2 weeks and after that I was good to go. Congratulations, you are such a good mom already. I am so happy for you
Congratulations Amy, Mills Oliver is absolutely beautiful. I saw one picture when he looked just like Erik...the pain will get better. I had to have c-sections with both boys and just remember to take it easy, accept help when its offered, let the house work go and enjoy that precious baby! I know you have tons of friends and family taking care of you now; but if you need anything, please let me know; cleaning, shopping, whatever!
